In Rashnu, mysterious things are happening. It is the town of the sickness. The people living there get sick easily. It has always been like that there. So, if you go to Rashnu, prepare yourself to be sick (unless you are a healer or a mage).

Currency

Because of a mysterious virus, which makes many people ill, if you want to buy something, you have to pay with medicine. The medicine is rare there. So if you’re a healer, you can buy anything you want in Rashnu. When a healer helps inhabitants who feel unwell, he or she gets free food or clothes. People will respect you and help you at any time you need. They will forever be grateful. 

That’s the currency there. The doctors there get paid very well (not with medicine, but real money, they already have enough medicine).
