So if you’re a healer, you can buy everything anything you want in Rashnu. When a healer helps inhabitants who feel unwell habitants, he or she gets free food or clothes. People will respect you and help you at any time you need, they . They will forever be grateful.
That’s the currency there. The doctors there get paid very well (not with medicine, but real money, they already have enough medicine).
